    License Renewal Process
    To renew your license, please follow these steps:

    • Log in to the ODE Licensure Renewal Portal and complete the online application

    • Pay online and submit your application

    • Your LPDC will receive a notification to sign electronically

    • Use IRN #044131 to identify Huron City Schools LPDC

    Have questions? Contact your LPDC representative.
    Please note: The IPDP pre-approval process has not changed.

  • When submitting your IPDP for post-approval, be sure to include:

    • Your signed pre-approval plan

    • A list of courses for post-approval (listed directly below the signature)

    After approval, please complete your background check:

    • We recommend using the Huron Police Department ( they accept cash or check)

    • Other locations may be used, but it is your responsibility to ensure fingerprint results are sent to ODE

    Please do not apply for your new license until your background check has cleared. Submitting early may result in delays or additional fees.

Staff Shout-Out Form

Huron City Schools is bringing back our Staff Shout-Out!  When you see a staff member going the extra mile with students, peers, parents, etc., give them a Staff Shout-Out!  We would like to use our staff shout-out in conjunction with the new North Point Educational Service Center Compass of Excellence Nomination.  Staff members nominated for a Staff Shout-Out will be entered in the NPESC Compass of Excellence monthly nomination, and two lucky staff members will be recognized each month.  Click the Staff Shout-Out Form above and submit your request.
